RETURN POLICY

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

FULL PRICE orders returned in their original condition and within the returns period can be returned for a full refund, excluding cost of shipping.

SALE items do not qualify for a refund. However can be either exchanged or returned for a credit note, excluding cost of shipping.

If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed or shows signs of wear. All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.

Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers need to return products to an appointed address. We will provide you with information of returns via E-mail. To process your return please send us a Email via our contact form.

After receiving returned goods, we will arrange you a full refund,  excluding cost of shipping.


Refunds 

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Unclaimed Parcels
Parcels that are returned to us as 'Unclaimed' or 'Rejected' by the customer will not qualify for a refund. Instead you will be issued with a credit note valid for 12 months.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

 

DELIVERY

We are a small business so please allow 1-2 days for our team to process and dispatch your order, and an additional 3-5 days if you have requested custom embroidery. If you require urgent delivery, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to arrange for you.

We accept order returns provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if the items are returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.

Yes, all international orders will be sent via our shipping partners DHL & UPS.

We try to give you as much useful info as we can about all our products, including:

  • A detailed description
  • Lots of pictures 
  • How the sizing works
  • How to care for your item

On each product page just below the images where you can find details on the material and any sizing information. 

There is a link to our size guide on each product page. You can find the measurements for each size.

Open notify me on the product page and leave your email. When the product is back in stock, you will receive a notification email that the product is available again.

All corsets should be only dry cleaned.

ORDER ISSUES

There is a time limit, 15 minutes after completing your order.

It can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank/ credit card company. This is out of our control and we are not able to speed up this process.

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • The item you ordered may have been out of stock.
